Marvel is releasing yet another movie, “Deadpool 2”, on Friday May 18.
The movie is a sequel to “Deadpool” which was released on February 12, 2016.
In the last movie, we saw how Wade Wilson, a Special Forces operative turned mercenary, became Deadpool. He was experimented on by the evil scientist Ajax and was left with accelerated healing and a disfigured face. He teamed up with mutants Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead to hunt down Ajax.
In this movie, Deadpool teams up with mutants Bedlam, Shatterstar, and Domino in order to protect a young mutant boy from the villain, Cable.
This movie again stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool aka Wade Wilson. Reynolds skills as an actor and comedian were evident in the last movie and seems to be a continuing trend according to the trailer for “Deadpool 2”.
In this movie we also have Zazie Beetz starring as the mutant Domino, Lewis Tan starring as the mutant Shatterstar, and Terry Cruz starring as the mutant Bedlam. And of course we have Josh Brolin as Cable.
The movie also has returning actors Stefan Kapicic as the mutant Colossus and Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead. And most importantly, Morena Baccarin who plays Wade Wilson’s love interest.
“Deadpool 2” will be the third Marvel movie to come out this year with “Black Panther” and “Avengers: Infinity War” preceding it. It will also be followed by two more Marvel movie releases this year, “Ant-Man and the Wasp” coming out on July 6, 2018 and “Venom” coming out on October 5, 2018..
Come out on May 18 to watch one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year.
