The Super Sophomores put on a spectacular performance during their skit.  From very well choreographed dance numbers to a real-life Mario Kart race where Princess Peach reigned victorious, all following Mario’s hectic day after his kart broke down it is safe to say that the Super Sophomores had everything during their skit.

With the hundreds of people going to watch each time it is performed it can be very nerve-racking which means it took countless hours of practice to get all of the dances and acting to perfection.

Sophomore Skit participant Feliziana Funes said, “We all practiced the dances and the routines every day,” in order to prepare for their performance.

Another sophomore participant Jacob Ureste said “Crying, laughing, and eating,” was another way the sophomores prepared for their skit.

Now that the Sophomores have started off the week of skit it means that there are the PACmen, JuniorLIfe, and Wreck-it seniors. The PACmen performed on Tuesday while JuniorLife will be debuting their performance on Thursday. With that in mind, we asked some of the sophomores how they think how their performance will stack up compared to the others.

Sophomore Feliziana Funes said, “Ours needed more work but at least we did it in a short amount of time.”

Even with the short amount of time that the Super Sophomores had to put the skit together they were still able to have all of these great ideas put in their skit that will definitely be remembered by those who watched.

Another year and another well put together skit by the Sophomores of 2021.
