The senior class of James Logan was informed on all of the upcoming senior activities this past Monday, on October 6. Principal Amy McNamara took the role of presenting all things senior year, discussing everything from portraits to prom. Here’s a recap of what was discussed and what is to come.
Ms. McNamara has confirmed the rumors: junior and senior prom will be combined, due to the inadequate number of attendees. Date and location have yet to be confirmed.
Appointments to take portraits can be made with Prestige Portraits by December 1st, and final selection of yearbook photos should be completed by January 3rd.
Orders for graduation caps and gowns can be placed on October 21-23rd and the 25th, or later in January. Achievers is offering special packages that include the cap and gown, stole, tassel, diploma frame, and a class ring for $99, limited to the first 120 orders. Other larger and smaller packages are available. These can be ordered online or in person on the aforementioned dates. Seniors can pick up their caps and gowns in April.
Seniors have the option of having a quote, baby photo, or advertisement in the yearbook. Quotes must be submitted at http://go.mynhusd.org/15quote by January 31st. Baby photos should be sent to loganyearbook13x14@gmail.com by January 31st as well. Senior ads can be ordered at www.ybpay.com by March 29th. Yearbooks can be purchased online at www.ybpay.com using the school code 11864315; they are $70 with an ASB sticker and $80 without one.
Payment plans and fee waivers are available for prom, sweaters, and the senior picnic. For more information on payment plans, contact Ms. Walton.
