The second club fair held in semester two was held on both lunches on April 24 and April 26.
Many students had negative feelings about this semester’s club fair.
Angelina Mai, a senior, said, “Tuesday’s club fair was so tiny! There weren’t a lot of clubs selling foods and it was quite boring. However, the club fair held onThursday was a lot bigger, but the clubs were selling the same food as they were last semester. I hope they choose better foods to sell next year.”
Natalie Lopez, a senior, said, “I didn’t really like the club fair this semester because most of the food were overpriced and there weren’t a lot of clubs selling food this week. I bought a churro from the BMES club and a milk tea boba from the Chinese club.”
Many students were still happy with the fair despite these issues. “I feel like this second semester’s club fair went a lot better than the one in semester one’s because everyone already knew what to expect food wise, so they came prepared with money,” senior Joshua La Rosa, the co-president of the JLHS Bioinformatics and BMES Club, commented.
Rosa said, “Our club sold churros and ice cream. We sold out all our foods by the end of 5th-period lunch. Everyone loved them.”
I hope everyone enjoyed the club fairs held this month.
