Only two more weeks until Christmas break!
After a week long Thanksgiving break for Logan students, coming back has been a drag. It seems like the only thing are talking about is, “When will Christmas break be here?”
As Logan’s winter break lasts two weeks, it is quite the best thing a student can look forward to besides summer break. Many Logan students plan on participating in exciting activities during the two major winter break holidays: Christmas and New Years.
For me, Christmas is the best holiday in my eyes, not just because of receiving many gifts and treats, but mainly because of the time I get to spend with my family.
A James Logan student, Alexa Pastores, says she looks forward to spending time with family and friends over the break. She also plans to watch 25 Days til Christmas on ABC Family with her boyfriend and younger brother.
Pastores said that New Year’s Day will be an exciting holiday because she will get to experience her first New Years kiss and watch many fireworks in the sky. She says she is going to cherish her valuable family time, and use it wisely because the first day back from break is going to suck, especially since finals week happens almost right after the break.
The big break is almost here, and it looks like students can’t wait for it to come sooner– start the countdown now!
