Living in the heat of Pasadena, California, Dylan Gardner slowly emerges onto the music scene with a refreshing sense of originality and passion. Beginning 10 years ago, Dylan expresses his immense passion for songwriting and music through creating songs and sympathies in the comfort of his own room. Owning up to the titles of a seventeen year old multi instrumentalist, pro-tools engineer and bedroom producer, he submerges into 2015 with a depth of talent deeper than the sea of talent extraordinaire.
The hit single “Let’s Get Started” has reached Youtube recognition with the clever beat and melody that evidently has my foot stomping to the music new to my ears. His enthusiastic energy mixed with the soft pop is one new to my ears and is not just copy of every other teenager trying to succeed in today’s music industry. He brings with him originality and passion, passion for something that has been with him in the years of exploration and discovery.
He is currently signed to Big Deal Music Publishing and recorded his debut album “Adventures in Real Times.” When asked about what interested him in pursuing his music career in pop he tells the Huffington Post, “I guess the pop sensibility came from the combination of the music that’s coming out now that I’ve studied very hard, and respecting the music that was out before I was born.”
And just like any teenager trying to fulfill his dreams he exclaims, “Hopefully I’m going to be doing everything. I’m pretty poorly-travelled – I’d like to see the entire world. Right now in a way it’s sort of a social campaign to get us off the ground, to get people pre-ordering the album, and when it comes out, I’d love to tour, and I’d love to promote the album for the rest of my life because it’s what I really want to do. Every day it seems like it’s a little bit closer to doing that.”
Dylan Gardner is the refreshing cup of lemonade that soothes our souls and urgings, for something we yearn for, for originality and taste combined together in definite talent.
