Sadly, spring Break is over. This mean no more sleeping in, slacking on homework, or staying up late. Once that bell rang Monday, at 8:13, everyone had to come back to reality. I hope it lasted as long as it could, and I also hope your teachers weren’t too harsh on you, the very first day back. But don’t get lazy yet, we’re almost done with this school year. You can always check the countdown on the school website. For right now, just reminisce your break. It may have been busy, or really lay back. I went around and asked a couple of Logan students how there’s went. Maybe you can relate, or just wish you were them.
“My spring break wasn’t very fun. That’s because my spring break became string break, which led me to not being able to record anything. So I ended up just playing Call Of Duty and building closets for my sister.” Gary Bernados, 11th Grade
“It was really good. I watched the new Fast and Furious movie and spent most of the time outdoors. Being able to spend more time with family and catching up with friends is great.” Mary, 11th Grade
“My spring break was just like any other weekend. I went to the movies and watched a few such as Get Hard, Home, and Furious 7. I also went bowling but couldn’t get to play since it was packed, but ended up going the next day, it was packed again. Overall, my spring break was crap.” Anastasia, 9th Grade
“My spring was really boring. I pretty much Just wasted it catching up on hw and writing essays. I hang out with friends sometimes and I worked out here and there. And I played soccer, nothing to different. And yeah thats about it.” Angel Gomez, 11th Grade
As you can tell, not everybody’s break was eventful, so if yours wasn’t either, then don’t worry, you weren’t alone. If you had an amazing time, good for you. Keep that good momentum throughout the rest of the school year. Maybe next time, (excluding seniors), you can spend your break exactly how you’d like.
