This past Wednesday, a Logan student was arrested for robbing a Girl Scout cookie stand in which he held the vendors at gunpoint.

The robbery happened on February 8th in the afternoon.  The stand was set up in front of Safeway on Decoto Rd.  A mother and her twelve year-old daughter were in charge of the stand.  The robber approached them as if he were to buy cookies.  He left, and shortly after, held them at gunpoint and stole a certain amount of money.

The mother and daughter were unhurt, and had donations of roughly one-thousand dollars to account for the stolen money.  They did not give up on selling cookies after the incident.
A 17-year old Logan student was arrested on two counts of robbery.  He allegedly committed a robbery here on the James Logan campus.  He is now at a juvenile hall.  His name will not be released since he is a minor.
