Over the weekend, more than 800 students attended Logan’s annual Homecoming Dance in the pavilion.

The night started off around 6:30 p.m. when students were breathalyzed before entering the function. Inside, drinks and snacks were available for the dancers. Soda, tacos and horchata were being sold for only a dollar. There was also a free photo booth for friends to pose together. About an hour later, came the moment the crowd had been waiting for. Bay Area native, P-Lo made his guest appearance to the dance before a show in San Francisco later that night. Playing his hit songs, “Blue Hunnids,” and, “Light This B**** Up,” the audience was going crazy. Many students from different schools visited Logan’s homecoming, having a memorable night. Later, DJ Alex “AJ” Fernandez kept the crowd going all night with tracks like, “24k Magic,” “Feeling Myself,” and, “Broccoli.”

The night ended off with an announcement for all the classes homecoming royalty, and a few slow songs. James Logan’s 2016 homecoming dance was definitely one for the books.
