Do you have what it takes to become an extra for 13 Reasons Why? If yes, audition as a background for the hit Netflix series, 13 Reasons Why.
For the second season renewal for 13 Reasons Why, they will need background and extras. The best part is that they’re filming right here in the Bay Area. If you are interested in taking part of the show, the casting call will be at USA World Classics Museum in Vallejo. It’s this Sunday, from 11AM to 3PM. A talent registration form is required, as well as a California Entertainment Work Permit.
Casting directors are looking for people our age (high schoolers). If you get in, you will most likely play the role of students walking in the halls, cheerleaders, or football players. It should be a fun process!
For those of you who haven’t joined the hype of 13 Reasons Why, it’s a Netflix series that deals will depression and suicide, and how people cope with it. A sophomore named Hannah Baker commits suicide, and leaves 13 tapes for people on whom she blames for her death. The series mostly revolves around a good friend of Hannah’s, Clay Jensen.
This casting call may be the first step to your Hollywood dream! So hold onto this opportunity and start on your journey into the film/TV industry.
