KnoxPro Wrestling  is again approaching Logan’s doorstep.  After an epic success last year James Logan counselor and coach Jaime Huertas decided that a second year of the great event was needed. This family fun event is meant to help raise money for the Ballad Folkorico team with their big event that they host every May.  “Our end of the year event cost thousands of dollars to put on… This fundraiser will help us put it on…” says Jamie Huertas.

Plans for this event is to be even more successful than it was last year. “I’m super excited,” says Joshua Turner, eighth grader at Cesar Chavez Middle School. “I heard a lot of my friends talk about it last year,  and I really want to see it too.” And he’s not the only one that feels that way, James Logan students, parents, faculty are all excited are ready to see their favorite WWE superstars from their childhood.

This event is to not only help the host, TMD, relive his high school memory after graduating from Logan, but it’s also for our school to experience an exciting live event. And even though, Mr. Huertas plans to retire with the class of 2015, he will still be the coach for the dancers and help KnoxPro for years to come.
